This handbook is published by the Rules and Regulations Committee of the ParTerra Condominium Association, at the direction of the Board of Directors.
The Committee is composed of five resident individuals of the ParTerra Condominium complex whose mission is to compile a set of rules and regulations that will act as a guideline to create a mutually acceptable environment for their fellow residents. The aim of the committee is to maintain and enhance the living conditions for all residents by creating this living document. With this in mind, the committee invites comment and suggestion from all ParTerra residents.
The Committee shall meet a minimum of twice a year to review changes or proposals by the Board or residents. Any changes to this document must be reviewed and approved by the Rules and Regulations Committee and adopted by the Board of Directors.
